Shawls

A few months ago I had purchased some novelty yarn from Joanne's. It reminded me of pussy willows. It's brown ribbon with a pink cottoney bulge every inch or so. I picked up 2 balls of it, not knowing what I wanted to make. Well, I finally found something I wanted to make - a shawl. I was looking for something with an open, lacey look and couldn't find anything on the web at first. I tried making something on my own, but my brain wasn't thinking clearly. Then I found this pattern and already worked through both skeins. I will be purchasing 2 or 3 more when I get paid for a doily I sold at church. I had 2 other skeins from Walmart that I had to have but didn't know what to do with and I'll be making shawls from them as well.
